Whip up this no churn Mini Egg Ice Cream for a creamy Easter dessert. No churn vanilla ice cream packed with crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs, it's the perfect easy dessert to celebrate the holiday.

Ingredients -Heavy cream -Vanilla extract -Sweetened condensed milk -Cadbury mini eggs

Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a small  bowl.

Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in the condense milk mixture.

Add the ice cream base in layers. In between layers, add the crushed, chocolate mini eggs.

After freezing for at least 4 hours, scoop your Mini Egg Ice Cream into a cone or bowl. Enjoy!
