No Churn Creamy Lemon Ice Cream

This creamy no churn lemon ice cream recipe is so simple and does not require an ice cream machine! Made with lemon and lemon curd, this recipe is perfect for any lemon lovers!

Ingredients needed:

Whisk the lemon juice and zest into the sweetened condensed milk. Then, whip the cream until it has stiff peaks. 

Fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream. 

Add half of the ice cream base to a freezer-safe container, then add half of the lemon curd. 

Make swirl patterns using a spatula or skewer. Then, add the rest of the ice cream base. 

Add the rest of the lemon curd and repeat the swirling. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 3-4 hours. 

Allow to sit out for 5-10 minutes at room temp, then get to scooping!
