Summertime No Churn Strawberry Crumble Ice Cream

This easy ice cream recipe is based on the classic summer dessert recipe, Strawberry Crumble. It’s a no churn recipe that anyone can make regardless of skill or equipment.

Ingredients needed:

-Vanilla extract -Heavy cream -Sugar -Granola -Strawberries -Sweetened condensed milk

Marinate the strawberries in sugar for at least 15 minutes, then puree until smooth. 

Then, whisk together the vanilla extract with the sweetned condensed milk. 

Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Then fold the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream. 

Then, swirl in the strawberry puree.

Add half of the ice cream base to a freezer-safe container. Then top with half of the granola.

Then, add rest of the base and granola. 

Press parchment paper to the surface of the ice cream and wrap with plastic wrap or an airtight  lid.

Freeze for at least 4 hours and then serve!
